This is my first negative review in my ~20 years of purchasing on-line. Although I have no doubt the product was shipped, it was never received. Unfortunately LoveCatCaves and Etsy have refused any responsibility for this matter. LoveCatCaves would not even report the item to the shipper as lost in transit. Their only answer is to keep waiting, but I am guessing that 90 days should be sufficient. Perhaps if LoveCatCaves had at least responded directly to my requests as to whether she or I should notify Royal Mail that they lost the package then at least I could have taken action already. Instead she just kept informing me that I had not paid for tracking, as if shipping companies have no other means of tracking a lost package. Off to contact Royal Mail and my credit card company...
